I’m not a doctor or a fitness guru, I’m an entrepreneur with an interest in health and wellness. I’m just
someone who got tired of feeling tired and decided to do something about it. A few years back, I was
juggling work I liked but that drained me, plus all the usual life stuff—bills, laundry, you name it. I’d grab
fast food because it was quick, skip exercise because I was “too busy,” and wonder why I felt so
sluggish. Sound familiar?
Then one day, I caught a cold that wouldn’t quit. It forced me to slow down, and I started reading about
how little changes—like eating more fruit or walking outside—could make a difference. I tried it, half-
expecting to give up in a week. But I didn’t. Those tiny shifts stuck, and bit by bit, I felt better. Lighter.
Happier, even. That’s when I thought, “Hey, if this works for me, maybe it’ll help someone else too.”
So here we are! I’m still learning, still tripping over my own feet sometimes, but I’m excited to share
what I’ve picked up along the way. This blog is my way of passing it forward.
